One reason why most people don’t ever make it to the hopes and dreams they wanted in the first place is that they don’t have the proper vision. If you treat marketing like a hobby, then you will get the results that you get from a hobby. If you begin seeing multi level marketing as a serious business that can produce serious money, you will get proportional results. How much do you get from collecting model train sets? You may get the satisfaction of having a collection and quite possibly be able to sell it for a pretty price, but how much can it make you every single month?

Realizing that business takes time, energy and monetary investments takes you leaps and bounds ahead of the rest of the industry. Becoming serious will produce serious results. “I don’t have the budget to buy anything,” or “Does this cost me anything?” are common statements I hear when coaching other marketers. Let’s be very clear right now; there is a difference between being thrifty and being cheap. Being thrifty is having the ability to realize value in different things and wisely spending money that matches the value of a product or service. Being cheap is simply looking at the price tag and automatically shutting the product down.
If you have read “Rich Dad Poor Dad,” you will know that negative statements close the opportunity to grow. You will also know that positive statements allow you to become creative and find ways to have enough monetary funds to purchase what you need. There are many products and services being offered on the internet with only a handful actually delivering. Learning to utilize these tools brings a huge supply of your most important asset; time.
Cheap people will say they don’t need products or services to build their internet multi level marketing business. Thrifty people will say they will utilize and research the ones that can leverage their time. It’s all about understanding value in something. In many states, there are tollways where you have to pay to use it. If you use these tollways, why do you use it? Why are you willing to spend a certain amount of money to utilize it? The answer is that is enables you to get somewhere faster which allows you to have more time to do something.
